Caramel Corn on the Cob

I don't know about you, but I am definitely enjoying this Fall season!  I love getting into the Fall spirit by wearing sweaters, putting on my boots, and of course, eating fall inspired candy!

Take a look at these Caramel Corn Cob treats I received from Blair Candy for my review.  If you love caramel and popcorn, you are going to love this fall treat.

Blair Candy sweetly sent over two types of Caramel Cobs.  The Classic Caramel Cob and the Peanut Caramel Cob.  Both were absolutely great!

Here's what I loved about them.  When first opening the package, I immediately smelled a potent caramel scent which was absolutely delicious!  When I tasted both of them, I was so surprised that my first bite was soft and chewy and not hard and crunchy, as popcorn usually tastes.  Such a shock, but I was loving it!

The smooth treat was smothered in caramel and there was even a string of caramel that formed from my mouth to the cob to prove it!  YUM!  It almost tasted marshmallow-y because of the soft, chewy, and somewhat fluffy texture.

The only difference between the Classic Caramel Cob and the Peanut Caramel Cob was of course, the peanuts!  The peanuts gave the Peanut Caramel Cob a bit more of a crunch, but still the same great taste!  If you are a peanut lover, I'd recommend the Peanut Caramel Cob.  If you are not a huge peanut lover, stick with the Classic Caramel Cob, and you will be in for quite the treat!

It's such a cute idea and very festive for Fall.  Supply them at a Fall party, and your guests will be happily satisfied with these fun and unique treats.  Thanks to Blair Candy for another great product!

Happy Fall All!

Halloween Scaramallows

Now that it's officially Fall, you need to get into the Fall Candy Spirit!  Halloween is quickly approaching, which means everyone is figuring out their costumes and deciding what candy to consume and give out to the Trick-or-Treaters.

One must have this Fall is the Halloween Scaramallows, by Truffle Truffle.  This awesome company was sweet enough to let me be an official taste tester of their products before the general public got to taste them.  So nice, and such a delicious opportunity!

Here's what you need to know about Scaramallows.  First of all, they come in the cutest packaging, and would be a great Fall gift!  Second of all, they come in two delicious flavorsPumpkin Spice Caramels + Vanilla Bean Caramels in Milk Chocolate, and Milk Chocolate Caramel + Cinnamon Marshmallow in Dark Chocolate.

Scaramallows are truffles made up of the perfect combination of soft and fluffy with a chewy and hard goodness.   The different layers make it extra fun, with marshmallows mixed with a creamy, chewy caramel, and covered in chocolate.   They are the best treat for a cool, fall night.  They are not too rich, so it's the perfect bite size serving for one.

A little more about the Pumpkin Spice Caramels + Vanilla Bean Caramels in Milk Chocolate
-The marshmallow is orange and super festive.
-The taste reminded me of a S'mores mixed with a pumpkin spice latte.

A little more about the Milk Chocolate Caramel + Cinnamon Marshmallow in Dark Chocolate:
-The creamy, caramel taste, is extra tasty when mixed with dark chocolate.
-Yummy cinnamon-y taste, just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch!
-Cinnamon + Marshmallow + Chocolate = Heaven

They are both absolutely scrumptious and melt in your mouth!  If I had to choose, I'd pick the Pumpkin Spice Scaramallow as my favorite, but both were extremely divine!  You NEED to try them! Thanks to Truffle Truffle for sharing their amazing treat with me!

Jelly Bean Wedding Cake

Ever seen a wedding cake like that before?  Such perfection! One cannot even see the frosting beyond the jelly beans.

Someone sent me this link for me to take a look at, and I knew I immediately had to blog about it!  But I wonder what flavor it is.  If it was Funfetti, I would have this as my wedding cake.  It would be so delicious!

If you are reading this, you probably have a sweet tooth.  So being a sweet tooth, would you have this cake at your wedding?  And what would you think if you saw this at a wedding?  I know I would think it was AWESOME!

Almond Joy Martini

It's finally Thirsty Thursday! Even though this week was a short week, it seems like it took so long to get to today huh?  Don't fret, wind down tonight with a Almond Joy Martini and all your problems will go away.

Although I wouldn't say Almond Joy's are my favorite candy bar, a coconut flavored drink is very tasty to me.  Every Halloween my siblings and I would separate and organize our candy and give the Almond Joys to our Dad because he absolutely loved them.

Ingredients
1 oz. Coconut flavored Rum
1 oz. Chocolate flavored Liqueur
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Chocolate Syrup
4 oz. Half and Half

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake, shake, shake!  Strain into glass and drizzle chocolate syrup on top

This is a wonderful dessert drink.  Very sweet, rich, and perfect for a sugary drink night if you are up for it!  This drink is referred to Booze Candy, and that's how you know it's good! Happy Thirsty Thursday!

Chocolate Covered Potato Chips

Do you love salty snacks and sweet treats?  If you are nodding your head to both, the next dessert your tummy needs is Chocolate Covered Potato Chip!  Quite the interesting combo, huh?  But trust me, your taste buds will be in for a real treat!

I had never heard of Chocolate Covered Potato Chips before recently tasting them.  I knew I needed to get my hands on some when I heard Asher's Chocolates carried them.  They were sweet enough to send me some to try, and sure enough, I loved them!

They were slightly salty, crunchy, crispy, and super chocolatey!  One bite and your taste buds will immediately be ready for more.  They reminded me of a Kit Kat bar, with the same crispy crunch and chocolate taste, except these chips were a tad saltier.

It's quite the combination and I'm sure most people aren't very familiar with the taste.  But just as everyone says, everything tastes better dipped in chocolate!  You need to try them ASAP!  They were even featured on the Food Network, so cool right!?  That's how you know they are good.  Thank you Asher's for sharing your wonderful treat!!  I definitely recommend these :)

Everybody loves Cake Batter ice cream.  I'm not too huge of an ice cream fan, but I do like Cake Batter.  And my favorite cake of all time is Funfetti.  YUM!
